Fierce Mix Ahi Poke Bowl

Ingredients:
½ lb. sushi-grade Ahi tuna, cut into ½” cubes
2 Tbsp. ponzu sauce
2 tsp. Mirin
½ tsp. toasted sesame oil
¼ cup mayonnaise
1-2 tsp. Sriracha
(1) 4-oz. box of Fierce Mix
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup shelled edamame
1 cup mango, chopped
1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
1 scallion, thinly sliced
Gomasio, for garnish
2 Tbsp. ponzu sauce
2 tsp. Mirin
½ tsp. toasted sesame oil
¼ cup mayonnaise
1-2 tsp. Sriracha
(1) 4-oz. box of Fierce Mix
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup shelled edamame
1 cup mango, chopped
1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
1 scallion, thinly sliced
Gomasio, for garnish

In a medium bowl, combine the ponzu sauce, Mirin, and toasted sesame oil. Add in the tuna and gently toss to combine. Set aside for a few minutes while the rest of the components are prepared.

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sriracha. Set aside.

Fill two bowls with Fierce Mix. Top the center of each bowl with the tuna mixture. Place the following ingredients in sections around the tuna: avocado slices, edamame, cucumber, mango, and jalapeño (if using). Scatter the scallions over the top of each salad followed by a sprinkle of Gomasio. Drizzle the Sriracha mayo over the top and serve immediately.
